I am an Indian student studying in Grade 12 CBSE, and i came to know about this stipendium hungaricum scholarship just a month ago....so i really wanna apply for it and hopefully get it,

but the process just seems very opaque and to add to that i changed my name when i was like in 9th grade so my educational documents mention my new name whereas my birth certificate and passport mention my old name, with just a month left for the application window to begin what can/should i do?????

I did try mailing UGC but NO REPLY!!!!

I also tried mailing the hungarian side but they too didn't reply

Please someone help me out in this!!!!!!

I am trying for NDA army entry and my main concern is the eye department otherwise I'm in top shape. I have myopia/nearsightedness . my eye slightly exceed the standards. My power is -3.0 spherical and -2.5D cylindrical, will i be deemed fit or unfit? can i appeal to the medical board regarding this?
