Got some new “plus scales” made from brass. Looking for ideas on how to use them in a custom 58mm SAK (which tools). And how to do the surface finish.
Also thought of leaving the other side without a scale and just using a blank sheet of titanium in an “alox style”.
Scales hold pen, pin, tweezers and microbit. There’s a ruler on the side that will extend a laser etched ruler on the back of the nail file.

Currently working on a 65mm Nail Clip mod. I’d like to store some dental floss in there and am looking for some creative input…
Thought either wrap it in a dedicated space inside a custom scale. Or somehow use the space by the nail clip. I’d prefer to do it without disassembling the brass pins - don’t have the materials for reassembling at hand.
Any ideas and input welcome…
