What should I spend my 2700 ancient coins on?

I’ve got 2700 ancient coins burning a hole in my pocket and I’m looking through the pirate emporium and everything looks straight trash. What specific item/set would you get right now if suddenly you had a free 2700 ancient coins? Any recs or desirable rare items I’m missing? I’m looking at mostly shipsets but it can be anything

Are the rumors of SOT shutting down based on anything?

Sure, we’ve got years of lackluster updates and missing the mark and tons of hate for the devs online. I’ve now seen multiple threads and videos claiming that these are signs of the end and that Rare will be dissolved or the game shutdown announcement is coming any week now. But do we have any actual insight on the internal analytics that matter? How do we know Rare doesn’t just have a nice steady stream of revenue from the Emporium with a healthy profit margin and they just don’t develop new content because they’re OK with the millions they’re already making? Or how do we know there isn’t a massive update planned for future seasons? I get the optics have been bad lately but does anyone have any insight beyond speculation of what actually goes on at a detailed level with the decision makers in these studios? Player counts, profit margins, return on investment for new updates vs maintaining the current state of the game, etc. How much money does sea of thieves even generate on a monthly, yearly basis? What are the operational expenses rare takes on as a company and how does that stack against their revenue? What internal challenges do developers have on a technical level for new content? I feel like there’s just so much non-public information that would provide the much needed context of what’s actually going on with the game. Also, Reddit is an echo chamber so it could be that I 98% of the playerbase just enjoys the game for what it is and doesn’t care enough to track/follow social media conversations around the game, they just play the game. Does anyone have any insight?

Smuggling kegs into LSS exploit

I was riding around solo slooping with two red kegs in my crows nest and dived for an HG match thinking the kegs would just disappear as loot usually does when you dive. When I spawned in HG, one keg despawned but the other remained in my crows nest and I was able to use it on someone on HG. I tried doing the same thing again, and it didn’t work and both kegs despawned. Is this a known bug/exploit or was this a one-off glitch?

Worst on stage beatbox disasters

For how precise and complicated beatboxing is at the highest level, it’s surprising to me that I rarely see full blown mistakes being made or people ruining their performance due to nerves/losing rhythm/forgetting routines/etc. I hear of pro beatboxers analyzing “mistakes” in routines but they’re usually tiny mistakes that take a trained ear to hear.

Does anyone have any links to videos of such events happening where a pro beatboxer just completely botches the performance during a battle/elim?
