Malaysia Audit Manager → Australia Senior Analyst — worth it?

Currently an Big 4 Audit Manager in Malaysia considering a move to Big 4 Australia (Sydney) as a Senior Analyst, around AUD 95k incl. super.

Main things I'm thinking about are pay, lifestyle, career level and long-term prospects.

I'd be taking a title step down from Manager → Senior, although it's an international move.

For those familiar with Australia:

Is AUD 95k decent for a Senior in Sydney?

How does the lifestyle/disposable income?

Is Manager → Senior a significant downgrade on the CV?

How realistic is it to reach Manager in Australia?

Would you take this move?

Would appreciate honest opinions.

Job Offer from Australia

28M, currently managerial level in Malaysia making RM10k gross. Feeling a lil burnout, wanna quit the field.

Got an offer from Australia, same field but senior level, based in Sydney, pay is AUD95k inclusive of superannuation.

Personally, would like to also gain overseas experience to boost my profile and learn new things.

Is this move reasonable? Considering the costs and uncertainties.

No toxic comments please, jus seeking opinions.
