Anyone got joining on 21st August

Location: Banglore

I was just graduated from tier 3 clg and I have grinded dsa day and night and attended many interviews in clg placements and drives and ended up getting Cognizant Genc and Capgemini A4 4.25 😔 and I don't know the reason even answering all the questions in interview, few of my colleagues have selected easily with better packages and now I am worried about my future , Any advice?
