does your bppv cause you to actually fall?

I tried to do a reddit search but I didn't see many people mention they've actually fallen down... only that they "feel" as though they are going to fall or that they are feeling like they are actively falling. But they still manage to stay upright.

When I search online it seems like most falls from bppv occur in elderly people (particularly over the age of 65-70). I'm nowhere near that old.

I'm puzzled what my deal is. I get bouts of vertigo and equilibrium fuckery. Sometimes I'll get out of bed and can't walk at all in a straight line and keep falling down. I've been to an ENT and she wasn't convinced it was bppv but maybe I need a second opinion. Balance testing was going to be the next step but I lost my health insurance so I had to put it off for now.

Just curious what you guys experience with your bppv.

"labyrinths"

(reposting this, I commented on someone's old post regarding labyrinth dreams, but I thought I'd share this as a post because I'm curious if anyone else dreams of similar stuff. Also adding extra details because I've had some time to think about it more)

"Labyrinth" type dreams are the main type of dream I have and have had for probably decades now. I actually just woke up from one and it made me wonder if this is a common dream type for other people as well. My "labyrinths" tend to be in the form of buildings and can range from hospitals, schools (school/or hogwarts-y fantasy type), medieval dungeons/castles (dark souls-y) museums, offices, malls, prisons, insane asylums, grocery stores, hotels, laboratories, apartment complexes etc. They can either appear normal on the outside and huge on the inside, or they appear just as big on the outside as they are on the inside (similar to a skyscraper). They seem infinitely large, like hundreds and hundreds of floors. I have used both staircases, elevators and fire exits inside my dreams (if they happen to exist depending on the building structure). Hundreds of rooms.

Typically in "Labyrinth" dreams I'm being chased, or stalked, or followed, or someone is actively searching for me and I must run away or hide from them.

I usually get away. However they usually pursue me for the entire duration of the dream, unless I somehow manage to "get rid" of them if you know what I mean, not very common outcome since I'm almost always defenseless. When I was younger the chasing/pursuit aspect used to creep me out, now that I'm older it doesn't bother me as much and I do get a kick out of seeing how good I am at evading the pursuer. I do sometimes have more chill dreams where I can actually just walk around and exist like a normal person and not be chased, they are less common though.

Initially the buildings "seem" to follow logical sense, in terms of architecture and layout but as the dreams progress and I'm trying to run away it ends up taking me through many levels of said building structure and it starts to become labyrinth-like and not make a lot of sense in terms of why the rooms connect or exist like that. However the design/interior of each room seems to remain mostly logical.

I am generally not alone in these dreams. Depending where it takes place there's either people walking around populating the building, though they don't really seem to have much baring on the "story" of my dream though. Depending on the dream sometimes these locations are completely abandoned and dilapidated looking.

I also might have companions directly with me, though I also do travel alone at times. And the common thread is there is usually an antagonist character chasing after me.

just saw this video

Random attractive girl shows a small sampling of messages she receives on dating apps. Pretty people live in completely different worlds to us it seems. Can't relate at all.
