Inositol

I am just here to give my testimony
After a deep dive research on pcos when I learned I had it and considering my symptoms ( huge acne, terrible mood swings (anxiety/depression) huge cycle length and weight,
I decided to take Inositol
And let me tell you
This thing is a miracle
I have now reversed my pcos in a month and a half
Havent had mood swings since i started taking it
My acne is going away by the weeks, its so light and I barely have outbreaks before my period( only had ONE pimple this cycle!!!!) which is absolutely insane considering i have had "eternal scars" since I was 12 years old
My cycle immedialty went back to a 29 days length and kept it on constant.
I am absolutely reliving

Pls note I also take zinc to help my acne on a daily but thats about it. I eat correctly but not insanely well or anti inflammatory. I was able to lose weight but started before inositol and me losing weight had a lot of incidence on my feeling better stomach wise and mental wise but had no impact on cycle length or mood swings till i took Inositol.

Hi guys !
I have a six month old havanese
His name is ash !
We have been cutting his hair at home with grooming scissors around the eyes and the paws only so he can see well and because he goes a lot in the forest so its best to keep it trimmed
We didnt dare touch the length of the hair on his body
One groomer told us to never cut the body hair before they are at least 10-12 months old because of adult hair growing
Another one said its completely fine even at 3 month old and wont impact the way the hair grows at all
I am very confused by those perspectives
Moreover i have seen several groomers online using a shaver to trim the body hair
But I saw people saying shaving will permanently damage his coat
I am so confused on what to do!
Is it okay to shave (with appropriate blade not shave to his skin ! I am french sorry if its not clear) but like to use a shaver to trim ? Then maybe we could try to do it at home
Should i wait till hes older ?
To be clear i just want to trim it so its better for him with the harness and so its cleaner because its all over the place atm !
