How is this even possible?

I don't understand how i got 100% recovery.

I understand that recovery score is a bi-product of my HRV and HRR, and they were pretty good tonight. But i don't think so i should i have such a a good HRV and HRR.

Coz last night i slept ~1hr late then my usual bedtime. I ate my last meal ~3hrs before my bedtime (usually its ~6hrs), And i didn't even follow my diet yesterday.

I am also sceptical, coz i my recovery has nvr been 80+.

So i am not questioning bevel. I am questioning weather this is actually possible, or is this a Fitbit air glitch.

What magnesium to buy??

19m here, i tried carbamide forte magnesium glycinate for 2 months. didn’t see much difference, except my sleep drive came back.

after that i joined a tata glp1 diet program, and they prescribed me tata 1mg magnesium glycinate. and idts that works on me, coz my sleep drive is gone now.

i was gonna buy carbamide next month, but then saw a post here that its bad. so idk wht to buy.
my main goal with magnesium is to regulate my sleep cycle, and help me stay focused during the day.

Fitbit Air VS Whoop.. wht to buy??

priorities: For me priority #1 is data accuracy & algorithms. #2 is app UI. price is #3, coz price matters too (i am not ambani)

Whoops wins in #2 (correct me if i am wrong), and Fitbit wins #3. what abt #1?

i mean ik its raw numbers are quite accurate, but idk about how the algorithms work. and the algorithm part is the main differentiator ig.

i have been using my apple watch se w/ bevel for a while, and my sleep score on apple health is almost perfect, but bevel never scores more than 75. so idk wht to trust, and i don’t want to 2nd guess numbers every-time.

ik this is the wrong sub-reddit for this question, but i hope y’all reply with a open mind.
