Signed up for my 1st 5k not to compete just to finish strong and run the entire 5k. Should I go all out or stick to my easy run pace. Please suggest

For context I started running in Feb26 this year, did the C25k plan and then just running about 5-7kms 2-3 times a week. In the start I did not pay much attention to heart rate and was reaching 180-190 ranges without much discomfort and with run/walk was doing 5k below 40 mins. Now when I have started to ensure I maintain heart rate around 145 - 160 and go slower without walk breaks I am completing 5k in 48 mins. I have been training using runna for last 5 weeks and did the easy runs, long runs, tempo etc. Now for the 5k event should I go all out and increase pace doing a negative split and try to go below 40 mins with hr around 175 or just run easy like I have been doing and just complete the race.

Stuck between Garmin forerunner 165 and Garmin vivoactive 5. Please help me choose.

Will be exclusive for running and gym use only. I am currently using galaxy fit 3 and wanted to upgrade.i have a polar chest strap and will be connecting it for heart rate, so HR accuracy is not the deciding factor. There is a significant price difference between the 2 with vivoactive 5 being 7k cheaper. Anyone having experience with either, request your inputs and suggestions. Also looking at the amazfit Active 3 which is cheaper than both the Garmin watches as a cheaper option. Thanks.
