Came across a probable, Romanian SKS that is unfortunately put into a Tapco-like stock. There’s a fair bit of corrosion on the bolt and a little bit on the barrel. They’re asking 599 but I’m pretty sure I can get it lower than that. What’s y’all‘s opinion?

Found this at a local shop for 1200. The negatives I see are that weird rattle can job and a polymer grip. Is this a good value despite that?

I was looking for a .40 and man did I find one! Had the box, manual, 4 mags and the takedown tool! Looks like it was made between 98 and 01 so hopefully not a clunker.
