Am I supposed to pay for package?

Update: I texted her thanking her for the beautiful present and how much I’m looking forward to using the products. She replied saying that she’s delighted. I’m still not sure but I feel like I’ve done my bit! Thanks for your help, I feel like you’ve saved me €200

A distant friend relative of mine setup a new business selling products such as body lotion, shampoo etc.
Today, I received a box of stuff worth about €200 from her.
No note, card or letter. Just know it’s from her because of name and address on box.
Is this a present or a way of embarrassing me into paying her for them? She told me months ago (last night I met her at family gathering) that she was setting up this company?
I have no interest in these products (I I buy my shower cream in Lidl) and certainly can’t afford to send her €200 to pay for stuff I don’t want.
My partner is reasonably friendly with her husband but doesn’t want to ask him if was a present (which we reckon it’s not) or am I expected to pay for it?
Please let don’t suggest to send it back to her. That’s implying that I didn’t want her ‘present’

Landlord rented house without selling it

So we were renting a house with a 12 month lease. Six weeks before our lease was up, Landlord informed that he was selling the house and we needed to move out. Just before we moved out he asked if the new house owners ‘agent’ could show the house to potential renters. We agreed as it was about a week before we were leaving. We moved out in June, The house has been rented (at a cost higher than we were paying) and the house still hasn’t been sold. He says it’s still with the solicitors. The landlord is an absolute chancer and we know the ‘agent’ wasn’t working on anyone’s behalf other than our landlord. Should we tell RTB or is there any point?

Why do people keep telling me I’m tall?

I’m 6’8” 21 M The amount of times every day that people stare at me and then say either “you’re tall” or “Jesus how tall are you?” drives me nuts. Why point out an obvious trait and feel free to comment on it? I don’t go around saying “Jeez you’re skinny/small/fat/spotty/bald, etc” so what gives complete strangers the right to say it to me? I don’t like standing out like sore thumb. I really do t need to be reminded of it every day. The states are hard enough, the comments and open discussions are brutal.
