BWT, how are your cultivating good relations with your bodies?

I've recently started going to a sauna that holds weekly women-only sessions and it's been doing something wonderful for my relationship to my body and self. It feels genuinely quite radical to be naked or semi-naked, with other naked or semi-naked people all sharing a period of rest. The place itself is lovely with a very cold pool, the cedar sauna and lots of rest spaces, but there's some kind of quiet, more-than-the-sum-of-its-parts magic going on too.

I know there have been a number of health and appearance oriented questions in this sub recently, but I'm interested to hear about the more fundamental ways people have tended to their bodies, and their relationships with them.

Pattern adjustment (small bust?) help

Hello, a while ago I made the Puff and Pencil Boatneck dress, pictured here. I love it and it was a fun make, but there are a few imperfect details—mainly my fabric choice, and that the armscye sits a touch too high. It also doesn't fit perfectly in the bust, and I suspect I need a small bust adjustment, though going by the measurements it should be about right. Anyway, I've been meaning to make another version for a while, and just bought some lovely wool to do so with—but I'm puzzling over how best to adjust the bust fit.

In my mind, I should be able to correct this by slightly closing the angle between the upper front panel and side panel, as indicated in red. However, my brain is not good at these things, and I'd appreciate any recommendations! I have tried to show how it sits slightly away from the upper chest, and include a shot of the pattern pieces in case that's helpful.

The waist in the pattern is also a little lower than my natural waist, so if anyone has suggestions on how to adjust that they are also welcome! Would just grading in to a smaller size at the narrowest point on each panel work? This will be my first attempt at actually adjusting anything so thank you for your patience and any input!
