is this for life?

I became b6 toxic after 30 years of taking GNC B-50, that has 50 mg B6, every single day. So of course detoxing now. will be taking a B complex that has all the other b's and zero B6 while I heal, which will probably take a very long time. What I am wondering is--is this for the rest of our lives? Will we ever need to supplement with B6 ever again? I know the food we eat in the US is pretty nutrient depleted, and with the costs of food, a lot of people can't eat a very healthy diet , have to eat a lot of processed foods, hence the need for supplementation.

Dysautonomia ?

has anyone had Dysautonomia, or autonomic nervous system dysfunction after taking ashwagandha? I have had this for the past 9 months. Drs are stumped as to cause. It finally occurred to me that this illness began right after I stopped ashwagandha, after I had taken it for several years 450 - 900 mg per night. Could there be a connection, and if so, shouldn't I be better by now?

salted fruit juice?

Does anyone feel a lot better when they drink salted juice? I have the kind of dysautonomia that has low bp and slow heartbeat, not tachycardia, and I recently started having glasses of fruit juice ( apple, grape, or orange ) with a generous amount of salt stirred into it, in addition to a lot of water. and my attacks have not stopped, but they are a lot less severe. I am pretty surprised it is so effective. I do not know yet the cause of my condition, but hey if something helps, I will keep doing it!

Patch question

I have been on the patch estradiol for several years, no problems. Recently, I am getting a terrible headache on day one when I first put new one on. I feel the best, the most headache free, on the last day ( I use twice a week patch ) Has anyone experienced anything like this ?

all the media hype for caffeine

Why is there so much out there, scientific research, trying to say that people live longer if they consume caffeine? Even Bryan Johnson, that rich techie guy that is a longevity influencer, got back on caffeine because of the research. I had 7 years off, then I got some health issues, and after reading all those articles, tricked myself into thinking caffeine would help me. It did not of course, and I had to quit again and reset my counter. Its hard not to get sucked back in. I have even read that caffeine use lowers the probability of dementia. Is all this some kind of propaganda?

brain mri--patchy white matter /small vessel ischemia

I have been having symptoms for the past few months such as left sided weakness( face arm and leg ) balance issues, dizziness, numbness of left eye , vertigo, etc) sometimes they are almost stroke-like, I have trouble talking. the mri showed " patchy white matter disease around the ventricles , mostly likeley due to chronic small vessell ischemia". The radiologist said the findings did not correlate with the symptoms? does that make sense?

Copper

I want to start taking copper to slow down progression of macular degeneration, but worried about side effects. I have heard it can cause anxiety and insomnia , which I sure don't need. What dosage should I start with, to avoid these effects? ( I already take zinc and other nutrients for eye health )
