Is it safe to buy as 3rd owner pero naka deed lang sa 2nd owner?
Hello fellow riders.
Ask ko lang po if safe lang ba magbuy ng unit pag yung second owner naka deed na sa kanya yung unit pero hindi pa transferred sa OR/CR? Bale magiging 3rd owner po ako so magpapa deed ba ulet pero from 2nd owner to 3rd owner na kahit naka name pa sa first owner yung paper?
I think "chain of deeds" tawag nila dito?

Smoked some Cupim (cow hump)!
One with SPG rub and one with Pastrami rub. The SPG one was fall-apart tender while the other one was quite firm with a texture that reminded me of oxtongue… maybe was from an older cow?
Smoked in offset for 4hrs. using Rain Tree/ Monkey pod tree wood chunks then finished in sous vide at 180F for 18hrs.
Will definitely be my go-to cut for future smokes since it’s readily available and relatively cheap where I live 🇵🇭.
