Different part time ( minimal hour) jobs

Hi! I’m moving to Carmel and will be working a 9am-6pm job but I’m debating getting another job that’s just part time. Maybe working 5 hours a week after those hours or even before! I was thinking at a front desk at a yoga or workout place, potentially working at retail ( was thinking Alo or Lululemon would be fun). But if anyone has any recommendations of part time/ PRN jobs that would be fun for a 23 year old and as a way to make some extra money please let me know!!

Need advice on these apartments ( Carmel area)

Hi! I’m touring some apartments within the next week and I’m touring these 3 based on my budget and good locations. I’ll be touring One One Six, Highpointe, and Legacy Flats all owned by JC Hart. If you have any insights to these please let me know! I’m on a pretty strict budget of around $1300 ( without utilities) and these all seem to be in my budget. I’m leaning towards One One Six but insight would be great!

Best Credit Cards for someone in their 20’s!

Hi! I’m looking for recommendations of the best credit cards with great benefits. A little about me: I just graduated college, I currently have a discover card, and I’ve never had any debt or loans. The reason I’m looking for a credit card is because I know a ton of people use strictly their credit cards and then pay it off monthly. I’ll be moving into an apartment around $1500 and planned to put it on my card as a monthly recurring expense. Is that something I should do along with utilities? I am interested in credit cards anyone would recommend. I’ve looked into capital one and Chase credit cards. With my age, and also not making a “ ton” of money being post grad I’m kinda straying away from a card that makes you have an annual fee! Let me know anyone’s recommendations:)

How much into a 401k?

Hi! I need some advice or I’m curious to see others input. A few factors : I’m going to be turning 23, graduated college recently, and going to be starting a new job in a new city. My jobs located in Carmel, and I expect for rent to be around $1500 give or take. Unfortunately this is non negotiable as living is expensive in this area and I want a 1bedroom 1bath rooms. I’ll be getting around $55k for my job before taxes and I’m curious for my age how much should I put into my 401k? I’m thankfully not in any debt or have any loans, but I still want to enjoy life and have room to spend and explore a new city! With that in mind please leave recommendations of a percentage you’d recommend!

Apartments in Carmel or nearby

Hi! I’m planning to move to Carmel, Indiana for a job at the end of July. I’d like recommendations of 1 bedroom apartments that are in a nice area. I just graduated college, so would like an apartment complex with people around my age. I’m open to any apartment that is in reasonable distance such as fishers, keystone area, zionsville, etc. My budget would be max $1300 a month but would like lower if possible!
