So I've had TBOI on Xbox since it released there and I've put in 1000s of hours but thanks to the steam sale I finally got it on PC and I was looking forward to finally modding the game. I had a few questions specifically and generally;

1. Is there a point to having EID with repentance Plus?

2. Can I only use mods that specify they work with repentance Plus?

As for general questions I'd love to know some mods to try out for someone who's only played vanilla that either add really cool stuff or quality of life and even visually.
