“You Need to Authenticate on your iPhone”

Kind of humorous and annoying at the same time. But I’ll ask my home pod where my iPhone is so it can ding it for me. And half the time I seem to get the response “Sorry, you’ll need to authenticate on your iPhone to continue”. How do I authenticate it on my phone when I can’t find my phone? 😂 anyway, does that happen to anyone else?

Hannah/Agnes and her collection

I’m a little lost at how Hannah doesn’t know what a pen is in her collection of things from before Gilead. She was about 5 years old when they took her from June. She was in school. She was presumably learning how to read and write. We even saw in THT that she knew how to write her old name. Why doesn’t she know what a pen is? My 3 year old knows what a pen is.
