So usually I find Kaiser communication lacking, but have a recent example that is perplexing me and I can’t find any information online. My Kaiser MyDoctor mobile app used to (mostly) function. Something changed recently and now the app just mainly launches the kaiser web site (for things like appointments, messages, etc.)

Does anyone know what’s going on? Are they deprecating or replacing the mobile app? Their web site is next to useless on my small mobile device, so I actually relied heavily on the mobile app even though it was admittedly mediocre.

Is this just their new normal or are they eventually upgrading or replacing the mobile app?
