Have any of you followed an online puppy training program that you would recommend? If it includes access to ask a trainer questions that would be ideal. We are bringing a puppy home shortly and would like to have a firm training plan in place!
Has anyone under 55 had success or issues with their parents renting a 55+ apartment for them without their parents really living with them? I have a friend (25F) whos parents rent a Fairfield for her and they just visit occasionally. She has been living there with her bf for about a year and hasn’t had any issues. I’m wondering if this is common or has she just been lucky to have no issues? Thanks.
My mom is trying to put her house and car into a revocable living trust but so far every lawyer we’ve spoken to has quoted over $7500, which seems like a lot seeing as she only has two assets (house and car) and nothing else, no investment accounts or anything. Looking for a lawyer recommendation on the island that won’t charge an arm and a leg for a woman on a fixed income. Thank you 🙏🏻
