Any solution to carrying 2 bikes on a class 1, 1 1/4" hitch?

Based on the obvious weight problem, I don't see much out there for bike racks that can support the weight. The other option I see is getting a cargo holder and finding a way to just strap the bikes down. Has anyone found a decent setup?

Xp4 at the river

Recently did the dual battery mod and took it out for a ride. The battery didn't drop much with a 20 mi ride heavily on the throttle.

The bike handled great and didn't seem to be underpowered at all . Steadily held 70 MPH. I think I might need a new wind screen though. The current one seems to deflect wind right to my head and my helmet gets pushed around a lot. Any recommendations on something better that's not terribly huge?
