App not showing in search using exact name

Released a new app and it passed review - I expect to find it in the App Store if I use the exact name of the app, but it doesn’t appear at all.

Is this normal? Does it take longer than 48 hours for an app to show in the search results? Anyone else had this experience and if so did it change over time?

The name of my app isn’t great for SEO, I accept that, but I thought it would be visible if you put the exact name.

First Steps: Pregnancy - Free iOS app for pregnancy tasks

Built a free iOS app called First Steps: Pregnancy

It focuses on tasks but puts them into a week or trimester. So basically a pregnancy todo app for tasks, checklists and appointments. Hoping it could be useful for some people.

If anyone does try it and has some feedback, please feel free to reach out to me here via DM or through the app contact email with feedback.

It also has a bunch of suggested tasks (which you can do, ignore or delete) which are based around NHS recommendations at certain weeks.

Built the app in between sleep training my 6 month old - The app was more successful that the sleep training which is ongoing!

Me and my wife were always saying ‘oh we need to do that, but sounds like a week 20 thing’ so ended up tracking tasks (and forgetting tasks) like that. I also don’t like saying something must be done on X day, instead prefer the reduced stress by saying X week. Sometimes just being pregnant comes before doing the task, it can be delayed a few days or even weeks.

Happy to answer any questions on the app or how it’s built.
