Scheduling error appeared on all next weeks routes

Scheduling error appeared on all next weeks routes

I went to move tomorrow's route to 10:30 like I normally do and it says this, when I move it to 11:30 it says "You cannot schedule 2 routes at the same time". This is the same for all my pre-booked routes for next week.

Has anyone seen this happen before?

Also, yes I know pre-booking isn't a vibe but if I don't prebook I don't get a route, trust me I've tried.

Ordering kit stage question

Hi there! I'm at the stage where I'm ordering my first kit, I'm waiting for the email to come with a link to do that I assume? Does it normally take a while, or will I only be able to order kit when there's rider availability?

I know I'm not 100% going to be delivering any time soon, when I open the app I can see a map of my area with the heat map etc, is that a good sign?

I know I'm being kind of impatient 😂

Help for Odi after his urinary blockage

https://gofund.me/afed7aca2

Hi there, I'm Heather and I'm from the UK. My gorgeous little cat Odi had what the vet classified as cystitis on Saturday 2nd May and sent us away with Arthrocam and told us to get a urine sample for when they reopened on Tuesday, as the Monday was a bank holiday.

Around midday on Monday Odi began passing urine with small blood clots and within an hour this quickly progressed to no urine being passed and his bladder feeling like a fist when I picked him up.

We got him to the emergency vet who sent us away with Buprenorphine and Gabapentin and to come back in two hours if the situation wasn't resolving. Unfortunately in two hours the situation was exactly the same and they admitted him. He was catheterised for three days until his urine was clear while they did ultrasounds, analysed his urine and did an xray to find the source of the problem. His bladder was filled with blood and clots and they believe it's one of the clots which blocked him.

His urine sample came back from the lab with an ecoli infection and we were eventually discharged with Buprenorphine, Gabapentin, Arthrocam and Amoxabactin to combat the infection and keep him as pain free as possible.

Since then we've had to go back to the vets for extreme urgency, urinating a large amount of blood, chronic constipation twice (this boy would NOT poop), a blood test, an ultrasound and an x-ray done under general anaesthetic where the vet thankfully expressed urine and sent it off to be cultured.

The culture has, unfortunately, come back showing the Ecoli infection is still there, which explains a lot of his symptoms. We're on a second round of a different antibiotic, gabapentin, miritaz for his appetite, arthrocam for his bladder inflammation and we're trying hypovase for his urethral spasms which are causing him not to fully empty is bladder.

Odi is insured with Co-op Pet Insurance, this is only up to £5000, we've now used £4146.09 of it, increased from the £2963.76 we'd used in my original post, and doesn't renew until October. Unfortunately you only realise how good or bad your insurance is when you have to claim and the excess along with co-pay and the list of things we can't claim for means the percentage of the claim we're getting back (when it actually gets approved) is much less than expected. His insurance also won't cover all the medications he is on as they all fall under the excess.

I've sold just about everything that isn't tied down, I've applied for a loan which is likely going to come back as refused as I'm self employed which means unsecured income. I'm just asking for help to keep treating him as we're not out of the woods, we're still fighting a battle against this infection and keeping him stable and happy.

Thank you for reading.
