Firefly 1.8 hover throttle much higher after AIO replacement

I replaced the AIO on my Flywoo Firefly 1.8 because I was having RX loss issues with the original board.

The quad now flies smoothly, but the hover throttle has increased a lot. With the old AIO it seemed to hover around 40% throttle, while with the new AIO it is closer to 55–60%, and the climb performance feels much weaker.

Props are correct, throttle reaches 2000, motor output/throttle limit are 100%, and the motors don’t get hot.

Has anyone seen something similar after replacing an AIO?

Stock Flywoo Firefly 1.8 ELRS receiver issue – gradually worsening RX LOSS / Telemetry Lost

I'm troubleshooting a completely stock Flywoo Firefly 1.8 (FLYWOOF405S_AIO with integrated ELRS receiver, stock antenna, stock O4 installation).

The issue started as occasional RX LOSS events during flight and gradually became more frequent over time. Now I can reproduce it on the bench.

Symptoms:

- Radio announces "Telemetry Lost"

- Betaflight OSD shows RX LOSS

- LQ drops instantly to 0

- Happens within a few meters of the transmitter

- Sometimes the receiver won't connect after plugging in a battery and requires multiple power cycles

- Can happen while sitting on the bench without moving the quad

Troubleshooting already performed:

- Tested multiple batteries

- Tested at different locations

- Receiver antenna visually inspected

- Moving the antenna does not affect the fault

- Receiver can enter ELRS WiFi mode

- Reflashed ELRS using the Flywoo EL24E target

- Betaflight configuration verified (CRSF)

- FC appears healthy and does not seem to reboot when the issue occurs

-Problem remained unchanged after reflashing

The quad is completely stock and I don't recall a single crash after which the issue suddenly appeared. It seems to have gradually worsened over time.

Has anyone seen this exact failure mode on a Flywoo F405 ELRS AIO or EL24E receiver? Is there anything else worth checking before replacing the AIO?
