ELI5: Directus license change when I still run Directus 11

I am running Directus for a very small venue and suddenly I saw this license talk. I still run Directus 11 and the website isn't even in production yet — we're still finishing up details. Am I going to have to redo everything with a new CMS? I didn't understand properly what that means for people like us, self-hosting CMSs for small clients

(I mean, that's my first freelance client in over 5 years, so I'd say this is my first client)

Obrigado!

How to get back to this after so many "copied" playthroughs?

I have circa 400 hours on ONI. It's the second most played game in my library, after 700h RimWorld. When I started playing ONI I hated it — I just... failed a lot. So I watched videos and gameplays and SPOM builds and how to properly build ranches and everything else. I am a Francis John patreon supporter, for god's sake.

Now, the DLC is arriving and... I can't seem to find energy to buy it as I don't know if I actually can play this game. I noticed I might not be able to build anything without looking at other people's schemes and blueprints.

Suddenly I think I played 400 hours of copying othe people's games.

That said: how to find the will to relearn the game? To play it by yourself, no guides or videos? I'd love the advice.
