I'm 44 and will reach 16 months of HRT in about a week and a half. I know my breasts are still babies; I know things are still changing, so I'm being as patient and as kind as I can be to myself, trusting the process. But I'm also starting to get invited to beach outings and pool gatherings in the community, and I'd love to go, but I'm very self-conscious in public settings 🥵😰, and the brain worms hit hard. Any feedback is welcome; I want to improve. Still have a lot of work to do on my voice and how I carry myself, but I'm actively working on it 💖 Thanks!!!

I don’t usually do wide-brimmed hats and shades but tried and it was fun! I did buy the sunglasses 💖

I’m slowly getting comfortable with my height in public. Sometimes the worms 🪱 hit hard but learning to be gentle and patient with myself helps. Watched a movie this evening and it was nice to just be me ✨

It's probably my 3rd black dress, can't get enough of them 😂

I celebrated my first year on HRT yesterday and feel so happy about the progress I've made - many of which have been internal ✨💕💖
