Hey, I'm wondering if I could get some advice from some women. I'm 31 (F) and all my life I've had a weird relationship with sex. I feel like I spent the first half of my life saying yes to sex with men even when I didn't necessarily want to, now I'm with my husband who I love and love having sex with but there's something inside me that stops myself from acting on those feelings like I have a wall there that I just can't quite name or get over.
I have been sexually assaulted in the past and I was groomed when I was around 14/15 by a man in his early 20s. I did some therapy with a specialist a few years ago but it's a lifelong journey. Any perspective would be amazing thank you!
