I thought I’d create a post for people who are in similar situations like myself.

If you have a high prescription or heavy astigmatism, online support will tell you they can’t make your G2 lenses because the website caps the Cylinder (CYL) between -4.00 and +4.00.

My prescription is well past that:
Right Eye: +1.00 SPH / -7.00 CYL
Left Eye: +1.00 SPH / -3.75 CYL

ER customer support forwarded me to the Spectacle Factory (an official partner clinic), spoke to an optician named Faizah over the phone, and sent her my prescription. She was able to help me with the lenses and get this sorted for me.

Because they are a specialist lens clinic, they can manually order Ultrafit 1.74 high-index lenses directly from the lab, which completely overrides the automated website limits.

Turnaround time takes between 4 to 6 weeks for the custom build.
If you're stuck in the UK, just give them a call and ask for Faizah. No need to visit in person to get it sorted. I will take pictures once I receive them for those that may still be on the fence. I hope this helps.

I just bought a pair of G2B ER glasses (non-prescription) with the intention of adding my prescription (-3.75/-7.00) in them and according to support, their max is -4.00/+4.00 which I am gutted about and I can’t return them.

I’m wondering are there any 3rd party inserts available for these otherwise I’ll have to sell them which is a shame. It’s a tough lesson for me here.
