Starting to bulk out. Amazing aroma. Selected cuttings from what has turned out to be the best specimen. Very happy.

Proper Callaloo Recipe

A restaurant I used to order a lot from a few years ago had the best callaloo I have ever tasted, but I moved away and I cannot get it in my area now.

I have been trying to cook my own various ways either using fresh or I've also tried the Dunn's River cans, but I don't seem to be able to get it right. Could anyone please be kind enough to let me know an authentic callaloo recipe so I can taste those flavours again?

I'd like to upgrade my light after this. The SF4000 still seems solid even after a few years of dormancy, but I think there are more efficient LED fixtures nowadays. Also this fan seems like it's overkill in a tent this size, would like to upgrade to an EC motor so I can adjust speed via sensors etc. Happy to accept suggestions on anything.
