Flying to Crete from Athens

Hi everyone

Next week, I'm planning on flying to Athens, spend a few days there, and then going to Crete. How hard is it to get from Athens to Crete and return? Any tips? Aegen has a lot of flights daily, but I suppose that they're in high demand.

Recent runner - some progress

After my second kid and changing roles at my job, my routines were thrown by the window.

After 9 years without exercising regularly and putting on a lot of weight, I decided to start running. As I have little time and frequent business trips, it's an exercise that I can easily do almost anywhere at any time.

In December, I grabbed my Casio and started slow: 2min running, 1min walking. Then 4-1, then 7-1 and, one day, I realised that I could run like 20min without stopping.

In January, I bought some decent trainers, a Garmin, and started recording my progress.

Here you have my first 5km in January, and two runs that I did this week: my fastest 5km (just short of 29min) and 12km.

I hope I can keep up the motivation and keep improving!
