Is there any way to reposition the buttons?

I'd really love the buttons to be higher up on my phone screen. I've read that later versions of Joiplay let you do this easily, but I worry that the game won't work properly if I update.

Scylla beat my fiance who wasn't even playing the game

Sat down for a few runs and while I'm facing Scylla, my fiance comes in from the other room and asks "What's that creepy ass song?" "It's the sirens!" "Damn, well they got my ass." and we've been laughing about it since

Kitchen plumbing leaking into crawl space and outside.

We went through inspection yesterday on a home we're considering buying, and came across this massive leak in the kitchen. It's draining into the crawl space, has damaged the cabinetry, and has even deteriorated brick outside the home. (Hopefully I'll be able to post a picture in the comments, can't figure out a way to add a video and picture.) The kitchen is above the crawl space, thankfully no livable areas underneath. Perimeter foundation, so much of this water has also thankfully escaped into the earth if I'm understanding correctly.

We're trying to figure out roughly how much potential repair cost we're looking at here, and are pretty worried about ending up in over our heads. Any ideas?

Edit: Thanks for all your input. We already knew deep down this was a deal breaker. The rest of the house was awesome, we really wanted to make it work. But this is just too crazy of a mess to take on. The sellers are apparently going to take care of this themselves now that we've pulled out. We won't be pursuing this place after the repairs are done, though. Seen just a bit too much.
