people living in BTK

salam all! people living in bahria town karachi, i need some honest opinions. my family is considering moving there. we currently live on rent in the city but own a house in bahria. we're honestly getting tired of the traffic, rush, noise, and overall chaos of karachi, so the peace and quieter lifestyle are very appealing. my parents both use a car for work, and my sister and i get transport from work too, so commuting isn't a major concern. the only thing is that my sister and i do enjoy going out for food, malls, and meeting friends every now and then.

having said that, people keep telling us that we'll feel completely cut off from karachi and that life there gets boring after a while. for those who actually live there or have moved there from the city, is it worth it for the lifestyle upgrade or does the distance eventually become a huge khuwari?

UniMi Enrolment Summary

hi all! i received my admission offer for MIE at the University of Milan two days ago. is the university currently validating pre-enrolments for non-EU students as i have seen some unis restricting the summaries for non-EU applicants. i already have a pre-enrolment with another university. is it safe to cancel it and submit one for Milan, or should i wait?

Saudi Culture attestation

Hi everyone, I want to get my documents attested from Saudi Culture, but my father’s name is without surname on all my documents except my bachelor’s transcript where the surname is included. Everything else matches. Will this cause any issue during attestation?

Hi all, I’ve applied to a few universities in Italy for business-related master’s programs, but I’ve recently faced a couple of rejections and I’m starting to feel a bit discouraged.

For context, my profile is:

CGPA: 3.4/4 (BBA background)

IELTS: 7.5

Relevant work experience in my field

So far:

- Rejected from University of Parma – International Business and Development

- Accepted into Parma’s Economics and Management for the Food Industry (not interested in this program)

- Rejected from University of Pavia – International Business and Entrepreneurship

I genuinely thought my profile was competitive enough, especially for Pavia, so the rejection was unexpected.

I’ve also applied to:

- University of Bologna – International Management & Business Administration and Sustainability

- University of Milan

But now I’m losing confidence since these universities are even more competitive.

I had a couple of questions:

- Is it realistic to still expect a positive outcome from Bologna or Milan given my profile?

- Can I reach out to Parma or Pavia to request reconsideration, or ask to be considered if seats remain unfilled after pre-enrollment? Has anyone had success with this?

- I was thinking if nothing else works I can maybe just go to Parma and get a transfer later on to my desired program.

Any advice or similar experiences would really help. TIA!
