Should I pack this with grout or joint compound?

I’m debating how to handle the gap behind my edge piece. I was originally planning to fill it with joint compound and tapering it so that it appears flat. But recently I thought I saw a comment about filling these gaps with grout. Is that a standard practice? Any advice would be appreciated.

Did I install this pipe seal backwards?

I’m worried I put this in backwards. If so, what’s the best way to deal with it?

How should I deal with this offset toilet flange?

I’m installing an offset toilet flange to bring the toilet a little closer to the wall and the tub. I’m currently cutting into my subfloor to allow for the offset fitting to drop into place. However, I’m debating the best way to do this. Knowing the flange will need to be 1/4” above the tile in the end, should I aim to “float” the flange now and plan to tile underneath the rim of it? Or should I cut just enough away so the flange drops onto the sub floor and then add spacers to bring it above the top of the tile later (this seems like the most sound approach to me)?

In some other subs people have just said to “have a pipe sticking out of the floor and tile up to that”, but I don’t see how I can do that since the offset requires a bigger hole than a standard flange. The only way that makes sense to me is to tile up to the pipe and then cut away tile and sub floor for the offset flange to fit -which doesn’t make sense.

Will this breaker work for my panel? I need a 20a GCFI for my cutler hammer panel.

I just want to make sure this breaker is compatible with my breaker. Based on my research I have a Cutler Hammer BR panel. Any help is appreciated.

Tips for nail flange I cut too short?

As you can see, I cut the nail flange / fin too short. It was a stupid mistake. Any way I can work around it?

Note, the window isn’t in its final position right now, this is just where it landed while resting in place. I likely will need to raise it up a little, but I’ll still be short.
