Can anyone recommend some easy lentil recipes? I am a beginner to this diet and to lentils! I am a vegetarian as well. Thanks :)

Just wanted to see if anyone else is having a hard night? I am really struggling. I live a pretty isolated life and I crave connection but find it difficult. My mind won't stop with the constant thoughts of, "everyone is busy with their friends/family" and here I am alone at home. The whole weekend I will be alone and I am tired of it. Life is just hard.
