Suggestions for calming the redness?!

I've been dealing with this redness for about 3 years and nothing has helped. My face has also had a lot of rough texture that I thought was dry skin that no amount of moisturizer would touch. I recently changed my skincare routine and that has helped the texture and the redness has gone down a little. Current, new routine is Prequel Gleanser, hypochlorous spray, haruharu milky toner, Prequel redness serum and AM/PM moisturizer. Any suggestions on routine? I did use azelaic acid for a while but didnt notice any changes so I removed it last month to keep things simple. I have not been diagnosed with any skin issues but I have an appointment with a dermatologist in the next few weeks. The first picture is now and the second picture was a month ago.

Suggestions to help calm redness?

I've been dealing with this redness for the last 3 years (when I hit my 30s). My face started feeling extremely textured and nothing would resolve that. Last month I simplified my routine and that has definitely helped the texture and calmed the redness a little bit. My routine now is Prequel gleanser, haruharu milky toner, Prequel redness serum and AM/PM moisturizer + Bubble sunscreen. Any suggestions on my routine? I previously used Good Molecules and the Anua azelaic acid -neither provided any relief. I have not been diagnosed with anything but I do have a dermatologist appointment in a few weeks. The first picture is now and the second is a month ago. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Suggestions for calming the redness?

I've been dealing with this redness for about 3 years and nothing has touched it. My face has always felt rough and recently I switched all products and that has taken care of the rough texture but the patchy redness remains, though it isn't as bright as it had been. My routine is simple now- prequel gleanser, haruharu milky toner, Prequel redness serum & am/pm moisturizer. Any suggestions on routine? Also I haven't been diagnosed with anything (was thinking maybe rosasea or just a messed up barrier?) but I have a dermatologist appointment in a few weeks to see what's going on. The first picture is now and the second picture was about a month ago.
