Looking to rent a small piece of land near or in Rolla to make a dirt jump for MTB/BMX

Willing to rent a small piece of land (maybe 2000 sqft) to build a wooden ramp to ride MTB/BMX on. Also could put a inflatable landing. Utilities are not needed. Budget is no more than 100$ a month. Can be wooded (willing to cut down the trees) but really just need a strip of unrestricted land where we can dig a hole and put a ramp in. Will be only used by me and my friend for fun while we are here for college.

What do you guys think about a head mounted HPA setup?

Something like this (Horrible drawing but hopefully you guys get it).
So we have a minimalist hpa setup, like chamber, hop up, barrel that mounts right on your face in between your eyes, so you basically shoot where you look. I think it would be fairly easy to make. It would also allow the best "peek" avaliable in airsoft, as you can shoot as far as your eyes can see the target. This will be Would it work though? What do you guys think.

Is there an airsoft club/field nearby?

Saw the paintball preserve, do they do airsoft too? Or is there a seperate airsoft club?
