I've seen a lot of predictions about what Lady Stoneheart will do in Winds, and a few people are saying that she will go up north and give the Last kiss to Jon as a way to resurrect him, but my question is, would she even remember him?

Seriously, in Storm we have this great monologue from Beric

"Can I dwell on what I scarce remember? I held a castle on the Marches once, and there was a woman I was pledged to marry, but I could not find that castle today, nor tell you the color of that woman's hair. Who knighted me, old friend? What were my favorite foods? It all fades. Sometimes I think I was born on the bloody grass in that grove of ash, with the taste of fire in my mouth and a hole in my chest. Are you my mother, Thoros?"

Beric can't remember his home, his betrothed, who knighted him, or even his own mum, and maybe these were things Beric thought about a lot or not at all, but he can't remember them, though getting resurrected 6 times adds to that. Catelyn got his 'fire of life' and was dead for 3 days. And Catelyn only thought about Jon 5 times in all her chapters (from what I can recall). Would she even remember anything about Jon Snow?

But why would Tywin do this? Boros is a terrible Kingsguard, and he could easily replace him with another Lannister toady who is more skilled and less craven.

And wouldn't Tywin want to show that the Kingsguard can be replaced and retired, so that would provide an excuse to dismiss Jaime and get him back as the heir to Casterly Rock?
