I just got an email about my job interview and I want this job really pero tumiming po sa Tour A namin po. Kailangan po before 8AM nandun na po sa tour and 10AM po yung interview ko. May boat po ba na pwede makahabol sa group? Kahit hindi na po pumunta sa nalampasan ng time. Yun na lang pong current time itinerary? Sana may sasagorlt. I like to spend time with my friends po huhu
if ever po sanay na ako sa OMAD (1 month experience) and i also lost weight around 1.5-1.8kg. I need to lose 10kg kasi then my BMI is "overweight". Should I consider tirz? Thank you po sa sasagot
First shot ko ng tirz. Diba it suppresses hunger that's why konti lang kinakain mo? I have been doing dirty OMAD for about a month now. Nag lose naman ako ng weight. 1.5kg for a month. I have to lose 10kgs so that ma achieve ko yung desired weight ko also overweight ako sa BMI ko.
Does it mean okay lang if I stop my tirz kahit one shot ko pa lang? Is it safe to stop and one shot lang yung sa akin? Will it make a difference a month from now if mag tirz and omad or omad alone lang? Sorry if gibberish hindi ko fully ma explain po.
First day ko po mag tirz ngayon but somewhat hesitatant to continue. Sa BMI ko overweight ako. mga 10kgs need ko to lose weight so that mag normal yung BMI ko. should i continue tirz and for how long?
also, if mag stop na ako mag tirz is it okay to stop completely kahig first dose palang ako?
