i’m 19f and have struggled with tonsil stones for around three years now, i have an extremely bad gag reflex and can’t remove them manually. for the longest time i just left them alone because i couldn’t touch them, salt water would make me throw up and nothing helped. it really does make me upset because i feel like out of everyone my age im the only person who suffers from it, im constantly embarrassed and on edge incase one falls out or my breath is very bad when im around people. its started to effect me worse since sometimes they’ll move in just the wrong way and suddenly im gagging like i’m about to vomit which makes me anxious to meet my friends or even leave the house. i try to maintain my oral hygiene, but i feel disgusting with them. does this ever go away? are there any natural remedies that i can use? i’ve heard vitamin c and extreme hydration works, are there any more? please give me any advice you have im desperate to rid myself of them.

hello, i obviously know nothing about gmail and i need help asap. basically ive made a personal gmail account with my brand name (businessname @gmail.com) but i needed to have made a business account, if i delete my personal account can i use that username to make a new business one? (eg. name@businessname@gmail.com) or can i change my personal email to a business one? i need that exact username since its my business front name. any advice is appreciated thank you!
