Wtf 😭💔

So basically it's my drop year, I didn't attempt IPMAT this year and I just started my preparation I'm someone who feared maths my entire life I didn't have Maths in Classes 11 and 12 (Commerce) So I started with the conceptual videos on Number System and have completed the fundamentals and divisibility rules During the lectures I understand everything and I can even solve the questions while the teacher is explaining them but whenever I try to practice on my own I just can't do it There are multiple quizzes,comprehensive tests and practice sheets. I can't score anything I can't even solve one question Did I make the wrong decision by choosing IPMAT? I'm really tensed

How to improve and is there any practice resources for someone like me and is it possible ? Please help
