Easy Lunch Option

This has been my go to work lunch for the past few weeks. 245 cal for everything and zero prep before work. Literally just cut a cucumber in half and bring a cheese stick (pepper-jack) and some naan bites. When it’s time for lunch I cut my cucumber, dice up the cheese stick and throw it on the naan bites in the work air fryer for like 2 minutes. Tasty and easy! Anyone else have some good easy less than 300 cal work lunches?

Carnation Breakfast Essentials

Alright so for the past like 6 months my breakfast every single day has been one of these packets (140 calories) and 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (60 calories) making it so I’m full till my 12pm lunch at work and it’s very easy to make walking out the door. I thought I found a hack and still kinda do because since then my nails stopped breaking and my hair has grown so much. I just did a quick search tho and turns out people do not think this is healthy 😭 does anyone have any replacements that taste like chocolate milk but are less sugary/processed? I can’t imagine not drinking this for breakfast everyday at this point but if there’s a better alternative im all ears! Or should I just not care and keep this as my daily breakky lol

This is from a place called Eureka Eatery. Just the tenders and sauce not the bread underneath. I thought maybe 200-250 a piece but then I looked up Dave’s Hot Chicken and their tenders are about 500 a pop! What do we think?
