finally got Velina after failing the first stupid 50/50 and just barely scraped enough for the pity, now i'm defs good on skipping her sig cause i ain't even one a 100 ploys on me rn lol
so i'm think about giving her Grace's FC (cause i'm literally going to never use her at all) but does that mean i should go for PEN% on disc 5? also what's the min stats i should build around with FC?

Notes: what's the difference between 16GB DDR5 and 32GB DDR5? (cause apparently for a $180 price difference it must matter a bit lol, also y'all know any cooling pads? cause i'm think about getting one after buy but idk anything about cooling pads)
