Bay of Plenty Area, New Zealand. It has Convergence and Geometry Issues, as well as an intermittent fault that can come in the form of struggling to power on or the picture being pushed off to the left side of the screen. If interested, I'd only recommend pulling off the swap if you're skilled with repairing and tuning CRTs.
