Struggling with self esteem and ptsd. Is she gone?

I really struggle with my ptsd and feelings of worhtlessness. I had a good couple of weeks worshipping her (im new) but now i feel lost. I feel like shes not with me anymore and maybe I angered her.

Do any of you guys have symptoms between HSD and benign hypermobility?

Idk where I fit. I have mild joint pain and subluxes around my menstrual period but thats it. My friends that have heds and hsd diagnosis suffer SO MUCH. idk where I fit but im more hypermobile than any of my friends with a diagnosis

My case is mild my sons isnt. Idk what to do.

Ive always been double jointed. Ever since I was a kid. Ive always been praised for it. I excelled in dance. I could do every flexibility thing easily. Never thought anything of it.

When I was a teenager I got pregnant from abuse. I didnt notice until I was 32 weeks. I just thought I lost my cycle from stress. People encouraged me to travel to terminate the pregnancy but I didnt feel comfortable doing it that far along. (Im pro choice so dont come for me.) Being a teenager in the system i didnt feel I had the means to raise him properly or safely so I placed him in an open adoption.

I recently had my 2nd baby (im 25 now) with my husband and pregnancy hit me hard. I dont remember my 1st pregnancy well. But this pregnancy i had hip and shoulder instability. At the end I was crying daily because of pain. 4 week post partum I subluxed my shoulder picking up my baby and it hurt so bad. Now at 6m post partum I feel mostly normal again.

But my birth sons mom asked me if I had heds because hes almost as hypermobile as me and she suspects mcas. I feel so guilty not only for my 1st son but for the baby I just had. I didnt realize I had something serious. I dont know how to help him either. I dont have mcas. 😭 I feel so stupid for not realizing this sooner. I got on a waitlist to see a geneticist so I can get evaluated and diagnosed he might be able to as well.

My birth son is 6. I recently had my 1st child im raising. I had my birth son as a teenager. Now im married with a career.

Ive wanted to get tattoos for all my kids. I really want to get one for my birth son but I feel like maybe its be inappropriate since im not raising him. We have an open adoption i see him once month and we're close. He always gets excited when I come and loves to see my baby. Ive considered maybe asking his parents what they think or leaving a space and then asking when hes an adult if hed be ok with it.

If you're an adoptee what would you think? I always see people with open adoptions getting lots of hate on social media and called selfish etc. I dont want to make things worse for him.
