My company has been dealing with this issue for a very long time. I have been tasked with solving it and now I see why it has taken so long. We have one office and 57 different LLC's that people ship to. We do not know who is shipping to us, when they are shipping to us, etc. We want to have an account number per LLC linked under our main account log in.

I have been on calls with FedEx trying to figure it out and they want me to create 57 different log ins and then link the account numbers under the main account through a spreadsheet they have. We don't want 57 different log in's we just want an account number and our LLC name all associated to the same address and admin. Is there any way to do this without having to create so many log ins?

Edit: I was on calls for so long today but I think we finally fixed it and found a solution. My call notes are below so if anyone has an issue in the future maybe this can be helpful. I found the subreddit looking for an answer to my own issue. I am leaving out any details that could impact privacy.

Call With FedEx

• Issue: Need to get notifications for all of the packages coming to this address regardless of the LLC name. When I try and sign up for advanced delivery tracking it says I can only do that with a residential address
• Call Contents:
• Technical Support #: 1-877-339-2774
• I spoke with a technical support representative our conversation
• We bypassed the "residential address only" issue over the phone to give me access to Advanced Delivery Manager
• He sent a request to an account representative who is responsible for giving me access and keeping me updated on when I will be able to access the advanced delivery manager.
• Next Steps: I will be receiving a call back from the account representative who is responsible for adding the information of our address so we can get notifications for any delivery that we have.
• How does it work?
• FedEx picks up a package from the sender
• FedEx scans the package from the sender to input it into the system. This is the process that lets the sender and receiver know when to expect the package if the tracking number was shared.
• FedEx recognizes our address in the system and gives the administrator of the account it is linked to access to the tracking information without the tracking number being shared by the sender to receiver.
• FedEx does not need to associate the account name, although depending on who is working at the front, we may need a picture of the list of entities for verification purposes.

My boyfriend has a window cleaning business in central Florida we live in Altamonte. Right now his only method is word of mouth and door to door. No one really likes door to door salesman and he’s found some luck but not a ton.

I don’t mind putting maybe up to $100 into helping him market his business. I don’t want to annoy everyone like “buy this service!!” But the work is really good. It would be great to partner with realtors for recurring glass cleaning on listings and such too. He’s got the personality and he’s got the actual skill, I’m just not sure how to market it.
