The stitches under my arm started to come undone and was told to take it up with Arcteryx and that it wasn’t eligible. Is this a new policy? Yes I’m a member, jacket is 6 months old. Thanks!

Within the last few months my wife (30) and I (33) have heard tapping on our bedroom door at random times early morning. First I thought it was a dream or some sleep thing but the second time my wife woke up as well and our dogs alerted and stared at the door. It’s equally spaced taps (think knocking on a door) but the amount varies from 3 to 5 and no set time (1am-2:50ish am) or day. We have a camera in our living room that covers the door but it hasn’t picked anything up and our outside cameras haven’t seen anything either. We recently found out my wife is pregnant, both my parents have passed away and my wife’s grandparents passed away two years ago. The thought has passed my mind that it could be them but I’m not acknowledging anything with the fear of escalation of something malevolent. It should be noted that we don’t feel anything outside of the knocking and honestly forget about it till it happens again.
