Why is outrage so selective?

During the RG Kar case, people were on the streets, blocking roads and demanding justice. Fair enough. The government deserved to be questioned. But where are those same people now? In the last couple of months, we've seen multiple reported cases of r@pe, molest@tion and violence against women in WB. Today, an 11-year-old girl in Baruipur was allegedly råpêd and murdered. I've also seen reports that some accused were released. If that's true, what the hell is going on?

Where's the same outrage? Where are the protests? Where are the road blockades?

why the reaction seems so selective. If justice really matters, shouldn't every victim get the same support, no matter which party is in power?

Justice shouldn't depend on politics. It should be for everyone.

What are your honest thoughts on Ratna Debnath?

What do you think about Ratna Debnath and the 2024 RG Kar case ? Do you think she got justice, or is the fight for justice still going on? Personally, I feel she got justice when the accused was arrested and convicted, Later, the case was also handed over to the CBI at the victim's family's request, so that's why I'm a bit confused...... So why do so many people still feel that justice hasn't been served? And do you think she has been used for political reasons, or not?

I'm genuinely trying to understand different perspectives, that's it. I prefer discussing things based on facts rather than emotions, so I'd love to hear your take. Keep it civil :)

They Risked Everything for the Most Insane Proposal Ever

Love really said, "Go big or go to jail."

A Russian daredevil couple climbed all the way to the top of the Empire State Building, unfurled a peace banner, got engaged... and then got arrested......... That's either the hardest proposal of the decade or the fastest speedrun from "Will you marry me?" to "You have the right to remain silent."

Absolutely insane. 😭

Ngl... I genuinely can't tell if this is peak romance or absolute insanity. 😭

Ethanol 20 ,, Experiment to Masterstroke ?

Recent reports said the government told the Supreme Court that the E20 ethanol blending programme is still an ongoing exercise and that its full impact would become clear next year.

If ethanol blending ends up being discontinued or rolled back next year, just watch the entire RW ecosystem will probably rebrand that U-turn as yet another "masterstroke" by Gadkari ji and Modi ji.

GOONDA Bill

Why is no one talking about this?

WB's new Gunda Daman Bill has one clause that's actually wild. It allows up to 1 year of preventive detention without a criminal trial.

I'm all for action against actual criminals, but giving any government this much power should make everyone ask questions. Today it's for "anti-socials"... tomorrow who decides who's one?

Feels like this deserves way more attention than it's getting.

WhatsApp username reserve

A lot of people think they can grab a WhatsApp username now and sell it later for money. But that's probably not how it's going to work. Since WhatsApp is part of Meta, it's connected with Instagram and Facebook. So if someone already has that username on Instagram or it's tied to their Meta account
