Does this layout with the two middle seats blocked mean there is for sure a baby there?

My road bike cassette and chain need replaced so taking the chance to go from 11-32 to 11-34.

Crankset is I think 52/36. This is all 105 r7000 and i have the medium cage rd.

Do I need to make the new chain longer, and if so by how many links compared to the old one?
