Is anyone able to open MyMRU since the cyberattack got resolved? I’m able to use the MRU site now but MyMRU still doesn’t load for me?

JVC footage transfer
Hi everyone!
I recently bought a JVC GZ-HM33 and was wondering how to properly transfer the videos I took to my laptop. I have tried using the cord provided to connect it to my computer and it worked for the most part but I am not able to hear any audio.
For example: this is what shows up whenever I play the footage on my computer (image above) any idea on how to fix this?
-Also the manual given is in Japanese and the manual online does not help on how to transfer videos to a laptop
