Hi y'all,

I (25F) recently made a career transfer and lucked into an extremely cushy digital marketing job. Yes, I was honest in all the interviews. I work for a mid-size niche lifestyle brand, and it's a startup. It's a competitive role and there aren't a lot of career options in this specific niche. I got the job because I am very knowledgeable about one of their niche beauty product offerings and had success on other projects, but I am very new to this.

I am constantly having imposter syndrome and am terrified everyone's gonna find out I'm a fraud, and I'll lose my job. I'm managing most of the digital presence completely by myself and have gotten traffic up significantly in the first few months, but we had a decent dip recently, which has kind of fueled my fears. I think the job market being terrible doesn't help. The college I went to was absolute poo (excuse my language), is not well known, and I learned absolutely nothing from my degree (professors not up to date with digital marketing, teaching myself everything) so I feel like a fish out of water.

My boss is awesome and she's super chill but I'm just so worried I'm gonna fail and end up where I started. Please please please give me help, any advice you have, especially for blog posts, wordpress SEO, semrush/ahrefs, and instagram.

Also, how do I ask for more support since I'm doing everything myself and I think we're growing beyond the scale where that's manageable? It's a small company

Fall is coming up, and I'm getting pretty darn excited. However, I have found myself in a predicament: I'm not like other girls (gag, just kidding) since I am, in fact, a gourmand hater. I love everything FRESH! FRUITY! and ATMOSPHERIC! I love me some clean-smelling scents! I love weird witchy town vibe scents! Crunchy autumn leaves! Realistic fruit, sweet or tart!

I was wondering if you lovely folks could point me towards some pear and apple scents that are more true to the fruit, even like a really accurate single note. Combined with something is fine if the note is still strong. Also, any of your favorite fall scents that are atmospheric, floral, fresh, or have some petrichor or something in them? I'd rather smell like I'm walking through a village in autumn than like I'm in Yankee Candle's autumn aisle, drowning in cinnamon and nutmeg lol.

I'm a young college student who's aiming to move in the next month from super far away. I was just wondering what the safety of the area is like for young people coming in. I've seen a lot about the area that I really like, you guys have the coolest energy and it seems like a real community feeling, but also i just have some general anxiety about moving to a new place. I saw some articles about recent break ins and street harassment, one person saying someone broke into their apartment and stole their cat, etc. I just wanted to ask honestly what the area is like/if there are any safety concerns I should be aware of/areas to avoid in camberville. I want to be clear that this isn't about unhoused people who are down on their luck, but more so about safety/random acts of aggression that are unprovoked because im hearing super mixed things about the area's safety. Again it is not my intention to politicize anything or start any arguments, I just want to know more before committing to moving. Thanks for any info you can provide

I bought a perfume from Siren Song Elixirs on April 25. It's been over 30 days, and I still haven't received it. I did get a 'shipping update' from them with USPS tracking, but it only says 'Shipping Label Created' and no further info. The update is from May 10th. Should I keep waiting or do a chargeback? The site says TAT is 15-20 business days, but I haven't heard anything in over a month. Anyone have similar experiences or any advice?
