I filled out a D-40B Non-resident Request for a Refund and mailed it back in March and still have not received any deposit into my account.
Has anyone else had to file theirs by mail before? And how long did it take for your refund to hit?
As far as I know there is no way for me to track the status.
I've been looking at various taxis (and of course Uber/Lyft) trying to figure out what would be best to take for a pickup at 3 AM for a 5:55 AM flight at Dulles.
I've reserved an Uber for now, but I'm getting nervous that they might cancel last minute.
Does anyone have any recommendations? What have you used before to get to the airport, or really anywhere early in the morning?
I'm planning on making a sign for the Day 1 show in Stanford and am completely lost on what kind of paper or poster board to bring.
I don't want it to be too big, but just enough to be seen. But also able to fold/roll up so I don't have trouble carrying it.
I have floor seats.

I'm in the Bethesda Maryland area and there used to be 5 different Zipcars available near my area. Most in garages and one on the street.
In the last two months, 2 of the cars are no longer available in a garage and 1 just had its spot removed from a different garage, and now only a van Zipcar is available to rent there
Has anyone been noticing this happening in their area as well?
I'm starting to think Zipcar is beginning a phase out of my area or may be downsizing in general. My membership is supposed to renew at the end of the month and I'm thinking I may need to cancel and get out before all the cars are completely gone.
